Lost or Damaged Packages:

Rust & Redemption Cycle Gear is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@yourdomain.com so we can assist with a carrier claim.
